“Absolute best service I’ve encountered. Great communication, very responsive and just absolute best customer service. We wanted to treat our FFA kids after long hot weeks of working their cows and a last minute decision to provide something for them on the last day of camp. I reached out on FB with less than 24 hours notice and had them booked for the next morning. The minimum was very reasonable and easily met with 30 kids. We will be using them in the future ♥️“

“I love DQ, but please put enough gravy in the basket meals for the meal please? My husband just picked up three four piece meals. He had enough gravy for one strip, I had enough for two, and our son had enough for one. The combined cups wouldn’t have filled one. Little things….“

“Love this place and the flavors…never had any customer service issues and have been going 1-2 times weekly for the last couple of months.Sadly I don’t think I will be returning…only because what I believe was a misunderstanding between myself and the manager. I was bringing in a larger container because once you’ve added in your mix ins, the ice cream is very soft and partially melted. If you want hot fudge or hot caramel, half of the ice cream is now soup… which I totally don’t mind. I like ice cream soup! Except by the time I get to the car and I stick my spoon in it, it spills all over the sides onto my clothes in the car seats. The cups are simply not big enough to contain melted ice cream (though they are adequate when the ice cream is frozen). I was informed that I could not bring in a container for them to put the ice cream into for health reasons. Which I understand…it’s not even their decision...health regulations. However, during the conversation, it appeared like the manager was insinuating that I was trying to get extra add-ins with that bigger container…. Which I totally wasn’t. I was simply trying to manage a melted ice cream overflow onto my clothes with a larger vessel, etc.But overall love the ice cream and the staff has been lovely to me.“
“Culvers makes a good burger. The customer service was helpful and patient. I thought the fries were very good. The burger was just ok as it tasted like it had been cooked some time ago. It wasn’t hot nor as fresh as I expected. Like it had been sitting around for a while. Everything else was very good and the burger actually had on it what I asked for. I would give Culvers another try one day. I don’t frequent fast food restaurants on any regular basis. But I would eat there again should it become necessary. I’ll say good job Culvers.“

“Had lunch at our favorite Freedy's on Lake Joy today and I have had good food and service there many times before, but today Maya took our order and was bye far the most pleasant friendly young woman we have had the pleasure of dealing with there.
