This is the third time in a row they left an item out of my order even though I used the mobile app to make sure it wouldn’t get recorded wrong. They had me pull to the side after I made it to the front of the drive in, and I waited an additional 15 minutes to get an order that was missing my kid’s sandwich. I went inside, asking for the missing sandwich, and was greeted with serious attitude and annoyance. I waited about 5 minutes for them to make me the wrong sandwich. I asked them for the right sandwich and waited about another 5 minutes for a completely different wrong sandwich. The manager finally got involved and made the correct sandwich himself. This is the closest location to me, but from now on, if my kids want McDonald’s, I’m going to drive out of my way to avoid this location.

I'm going to be honest, I don't normally eat McDonald's food but my wife has me out hunting for socks aka the Grinch meal. I put some chicken McNuggets in the air fryer along when fries.. I added my own seasoning and it changed the game.

They lock the doors whenever they feel like it. The sign says 10 or 11 every night they lock the doors at 7:30/8:00 now. They shouldn't be getting away with that. Some people want to come in to eat. People were hungry. They been doing that for past couple of weeks. Too lazy to run a store so they lock the lobby to make it easier on them

Food came out wrong. Service was good though. Ordered quarter pounder no mustard, they put mustard on it and didn’t get ANY onions. Ordered a kids meal no pickle add onion - no onions on it. Did get an extra cookie though .

Nastiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in! Both restrooms were horrific! Handicap stall was out of order in ladies and using a regular stall is nearly impossible and extremely unsafe. Floors were slippery! I guess the same mop is used in the kitchen on greasy floor and in restroom to clean up overflowed toilets! Don’t want to smell kitchen floor!🤮 My husband found men’s restroom to be horribly nasty! And he NEVER comments on sanitation !

Found the worst McDonalds in the area. Placed a simple order in the drive through. Pulled to the side. 4 cars get their order and drive off. Went inside to check. The employees scattered like ICE showed up. A gentleman cleaning tables finished my order.

Takes 30 minutes to get through the drive thru and then they get your order wrong.
Watch your receipts when going to this Perry location. Mary at the drive thru tends to want to overcharge/upgrade you without your knowledge or consent. This has happened twice at this location. The manager on duty was okay with the employee doing this to customers

This location needs an overhaul. Slow service, messy food, not fresh and remind your employees not to pick their face while waiting for the food to come out. During the day is so so, but the evening crew is on slow mode and not caring about how the food is presented. They're polite but that's it. We will be trying to avoid McDonald's in general but definitely this location.
