Excellent customer service at this location, LOVE the baristas…they are so accommodating and kind. The manager however, negatively affects the vibe of this store & regularly talks very loudly about employees out in the open and is literally having a disciplinary conversation with another manager so loudly that the other employees can hear her, it’s super awkward and bad for morale. I love Starbucks! I order the same thing weekly, a Matcha latte with chai. Customer service is rare these days and usually Starbucks always rank on my top 3, but not today. I ordered online and decided to pick up my order at the window (there was only one car was in line), what?! I was scolded by this young lady because I didn’t stop at the speaker to let them know I was picking up an online order. My bad girl! My drink was delicious. I give you a 3 out of 5.02/23/2024 @3:10pm.

Shoutout to Jeffrey at the Perry Starbucks! When I placed my order they were out of two things and Jeffrey went above and beyond with substitution ideas. The coffee I received with his help was fabulous!! Will be going back again soon and appreciate great customer service!
