Everytime I order on the app it never gets sent to the store. Like clockwork I have to call the store, see if they got my order (they never do), call corporate and get them to put my order in. Last time I ordered corporate couldn't help me at all. They said the money will not come off my card and it still did. The food is always good, but avoid the trouble if you're ordering online. Domino's is the safe pick for pizza in Perry. So tired of having to call corporate if I want a shot at papa johns. FIX THE APP!

The Pizza here at this Papa John's location has always been cooked really well and fresh. The service always been nice and friendly with no issues about my food order no matter if it's Pizza, sauce, breadsticks, drinks or whatever I may had order at the time.
The ambiance is quiet besides the average noise of the staff making the pizza, taking phone calls, filling orders or talking to each other while doing their job.
How is parking? There is very limited parking spots upfront due to sharing the front parking spots with the shop next door them.
They offer deliveries and in store picks up as well.

We ordered delivery: pizza and bread sticks. Our order arrived just as requested. The pizza was hot and fresh. The quality is typical of any of Papa John's locations, good for franchise pizza joints.
First time receiving my pizza all over the box on top of each other. I always leave a tip probably not again if I order. Check your pizza before accepting.

I went to Papa John’s the other day, and the service was amazing and pizza was even better, but there has been humongous potholes for over five years at this location. So after I got my pizza, I called customer service and let them know that there is major pothole issue at this location and corporate needs to come out and fix it. and I didn’t think they were going to do it really quickly but that night I got an email that said that they were going to fix it and the very next day I saw an asphalt truck over at that Papa John’s and they filled the holes up. I’m very glad that now this location has a good parking lot for their employees delivery drivers and customers.

Pizza is pizza as far as I am concerned. I ordered take out. The staff was friendly and it was ready and hot when I got there. Please fix the huge potholes in the parking lot!! The lot is already small and hard to navigate, but the huge holes make it impossible.
