We walked in and had a coupon. The employees were welcoming but informed us that they do not take coupons at this location. It's not the employee's fault. This location is a franchise so whomever runs this one is CHOOSING not to take coupons. Poor business management.

I would leave no stars if I could! Employee was rude and lazy! I asked several times for extra pickles to only get one extra, kids could only get milk or juice with their meal but they were out of both. Didn’t bother to put a sign up saying the drink machine was down until I paid for my meals. Employee was very rude and Sarcastic when I asked why they didn’t bother to tell anyone or put a sign up about the drink machine until after we paid. I would not advise going to this subway!

Rude owner doesn't take coupons whenever they are supposed to take coupons. Go to the other 2 subways in Perry if you want to use coupons.
Just not good at all ? -Go to Jersey Mike's instead. You can get a better sandwich for the same price!

This place has gone down tremendously. I used to love coming here, but I won’t ever go again. The food rations were cut down by more than half. The new employees are so stingy it is sickening. I paid more than I have ever paid in a subway, and got a toddler sized portion. Also, I do not like the fact that they put up a huge metal shield so that you cannot watch your sandwich being made. She knew she was rationing her damn tuna.. what I am eating cannot be called a tuna sandwich.. it is missing the tuna part.. it is now just bread.

Very unhappy with the new way this place is run. This used to be favorite subway, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. They have a metal shield up where you can’t see the meat. I don’t like this at all. I went a few weeks ago and it was like this, thought I’d give it a second try today and it’ll be my last. They put little to no meat on sub and I paid $10… they need to get rid of the shield. I think they are trying to cut corners and give people less meat. Super irritating.

I’m getting to the point I don’t like subway now, they have some shield up where you can’t see what they putting on your sandwich when it comes to the meat and cheese. Plus I don’t like how they got them Indian fixing food. They are very nasty!’

Does not take coupon after I followed directions exactly on the coupon and they have taken them before. Staff member was not friendly and acted like she didn’t want to be there.

horrible customer service. the lady looked bothered by my presence. i made a simple mistake by assuming that the coupon i had was able to be used with one of the elite sandwhiches. what i got was. “if i would have saw that i would have told you No” No ma’am. you don’t have to talk to people like that. speaking as someone who works in customer service it was rude and disrespectful. probably going to start using the one off Sam Nunn. Never had an issue there…..
