The ordering process was very frustrating. If I had not promised my granddaughter we would eat outside, I would have left. There should definitely be a cashier assisted option at all times. If you order via kiosk, and choose cash you have to wait on the one young lady behind the counter(she is filling orders,delivering those pull up to the curb orders, and assisting the kiosk) to accept your payment.

Costumer service is on point love going here to eat and speaking to other customers while I was there some of them drive specifically to this wendys because of it some even drive like 30 minutes just because of it

I got a Son of a Baconator, and they only put one patty on it and refused to fix it.
Waited a while in line to get through the drive through and that AI voice was so creepy that I just pulled out without ordering. I'd really rather just talk to a person.

This place used to be good. It has gone downhill. Fries are stale and room temperature getting them from the counter. Handed us a burger with no bun, they had to re read the order. One employee was just standing in the men’s room watching his phone. Not using the restroom for anything other than standing there on the phone. This place is awful. 3 people are actually putting things together, 5 others at minimum standing around talking. Horrible work environment, horrible food. First time it’s been this bad at this location.
