Service and food has went down hill. We were frequent customers but noticed that I would get sick. I usually ordered the chili. I became sick so we didn't go back. Went there again since it had been awhile and became very sick. Never going back to this dump! But definitely the nasty newer crew they have working there is apparently the problem. You have to be filthy degenerates to screw up people's food so badly that it is making them sick. Even my mom ate there and got sick so it's not just me. I need to get the health department involved!

It was the evening shift, I ordered an Asiago chicken club. My sandwich was so dry and the chicken was tough. Don't waste your time or money on wendys in the evening. Lunch is good, I've never had any complaints with the lunch staff. Just my opinion.

The manager was awesome. I kept hearing her tell her staff how awesome they were doing during the rush and her positive attitude is contagious. Food was piping hot and fresh. Almost zero wait.

Not a fan of the touch screen ordering. Loose track of what things cost and what options are. Layout is rough being that drink station is very tight. Noisy atmosphere with very little sound dampening

Idk why but every time I visit this location, it takes like 10 years to get through the drive thru. The service is so slow. I assume it's understaffed but come on. Hire more people or train the ones you have better. This is a consistent problem for me at this location and this is not based on a one time experience.
