Got a 6 finger plate and asked for bbq instead of zac sauce. He gave me 1 bbq for 6 fingers. But took back the 2 zac sauce. I get to eat the food and the chicken was warm not hot. Not planning on going back to this place.

I went through the drive-thru for a Nibblers meal (bread soft). When I got my food, the chicken was cold and the bread was hard. I took it back and they replaced it, but it was the same thing—old fingers, dry chicken, and hard bread. As you can see, I had to spit it back out because it wasn’t edible.
I called the store and the manager said she watched everything come up “fresh” and that they already replaced my food. But if you get it wrong 10 times and give me bad quality food, it should still be corrected. $10 on a plate of food I can’t eat is ridiculous. I will be taking my 3 Nibblers back.

I tried Zaxby’s Asian Chicken Salad and was seriously impressed! The flavors were fresh and bold — the teriyaki drizzle on the dressing really made it stand out. It had just the right balance of sweet and savory. The salad itself was crisp and packed with delicious toppings, and I loved that it came with an egg roll on the side — such a fun and tasty addition! Definitely one of my new go-to orders. Great job, Zaxby’s!

Lots of problems with my orders at this location. The first time I ordered online and set a time for curbside pickup. After checking in we waited at least 20 minutes before my husband went in to inquire. Waited another 15 minutes or so before the order was brought out to us. When we got home we realized we didn’t get an item. I decided to try again today. Ordered while in Macon for a 30 minute curbside pickup at the Perry Parkway location. Got to the restaurant and realized I didn’t have an email to acknowledge the order. I went inside and they had not received the order. I reordered at 12:00 Around 12:30 I ask why it was taking so long. The guy mumbled something about sides take a while. I finally got my order at 12:45. No I’m sorry. No explanation. Just handed it to me. I’m very disappointed in the service at this zaxby’s. We won’t be back.

This specific Zaxby's has some of the most hardest working, stellar individuals absolutely busting their ass every day, putting all into what they do, and try to go above and beyond. Some of them have niched their craft and are able to handle major workloads, insane rushes, are the ultimate team players, and have some of the best personalities. So many quality people on morning, mid, and night crew, the people making the food in the kitchen are some of the best people. The ones on tenders are excellent with quality and efficiency, and are extremely kind. The interior here is beautiful, the bathrooms are SO clean and bright, and this location's entire team deserves recognition for their contributions, dedication, flexibility, and hard work. Some of the funniest characters, great sense of humor, and absolute gems of human beings.
