I order at the shrimp basket and 8 extra shrimp in the basket instead of me getting 8 whole shrimp I got little I mean little broke up shrimp to try and equal 8 shrimp and on top of that they was hard as a rock and burned up (dairy queen ) shrimp basket is way better than this mess I just paid for never again.

My experience would've been good if I didn't have to go back to get my correct order. Not only did I go back but when I received my order it was still incorrect. I wanted tongue torch on my loaded fries and didn't get it but I'm sure I got charged for it.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every time I’ve been to this zaxbys before it’s been fine. The second to last time they screwed my order up. No big deal. I called up there and talk to the female manager on duty. She was polite and said no problem next time you come in we will get you the correct meal no charge. Easy enough. I go back today 2/12/25 and they give me the run around. I tell them I will gladly show them my id and give the last 4 digits of my card that I used to pay last time. The “manager” on duty that night who I was discussing this situation with was named “Casen Smith” who came out wearing someone else’s name tag. Very unprofessional. He proceeds to tell me there’s nothing he can. I said I’d like to speak to you boss so if you could get me his number that would be great. He said he didn’t have his boss’s (Tyler Jackson… the name he gave) number. I said you don’t have a way to contact your boss? His reply was no we are in a group chat that’s the only way I’ve ever talked to him. For someone who’s been in the customer service industry for 16 plus years I hope to never have another experience as bad as this one. If I could give zero stars I would.

I never leave reviews! Today I don’t know how I got so lucky but whomever prepared my loaded chicken fries was on it! The food was so packed that the container was heavy, my sauces and seasoning were included just as requested! Massive flavor, layers on layers of the fries, cheese, ranch, chicken, etc is top notch that I just had to review this. There was a huge line but it moved quickly and my food was hot. Thank you Zaxbys on Perry Parkway! I haven’t eaten any fast food in months and decided on a new year’s treat, this hit the spot!

I’ve been to this location (Perry Parkway) in Perry a few times recently and I’ve had outstanding service each time! My food is always hot, my order is accurate, and the wait isn’t long even in the drive thru! I quit going to the other location in Perry because there always seemed to be an issue with my order. I’ll happily drive a little further out of my way to visit this Perry Parkway location.

I was on roadtrip and decided to stop here instead of Bucees because it’s new. CHECK YOUR TO GO FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I ordered 6 tenders. Big white sticker on top of container said six but only got four when I went inside the girls at front were really nice. Kid making food in back got an attitude with girl when she told him. She went back and showed him on screen too. The beverage area hadn’t been cleaned all day as it was filthy and ice wasn’t coming out either side. The tenders were hot but the fries were not.

Literally every time I get a salad from here it is rotten/ pink. I waited months after several bad salads to try them again and nope, same ole pink and rotten lettuce. Maybe one whole chicken finger on it. For $11 and I don't even get dressing I should at least get green lettuce!

food was terrible. I placed an online order today and picked it up, went to eat it and as soon as I opened my tacos there was 2 long hairs, and the tacos were very watery and soggy. will never be going back here.
