We ate breakfast at the Country Store Restaurant. The service and the food was good . We had a great view! I only wish there were Mimosas. 😊 We did stay at hotel. It was my birthday breakfast.
Giant scam! The customer service agents you speak with lie on the phone lie to customers. The agent I spoke with told me the last trolley ran at 9 pm. When I got to the Gardens, the last trolley in fact ran at 7 pm. Their online site was still selling tickets even though the trolley was closed. The onsite staff were rude and condescending. Two days later, after multiple calls, no one has contacted me back! Do not waste your time nor money here!
We stumbled upon this adorable restaurant and store/gift shop on our way to do some exploring around Callaway Gardens and I am so glad we did! Food was warm and yummy (pancakes were a table favorite) and the staff were so sweet. The gift shop had so many unique items to choose from and an adorable kid area as well for them to grab a little something. Great place to grab some unique gifts for loved ones for Christmas! Bonus points for the stunning view while enjoying our breakfast....
