“Today I went to an early lunch with my grandparents. To start off,we were told that we would have to wait 35-45 minutes, so we went to look around the shop. The decorations in this restaurant are so cute and fit the vibe of the restaurant really well! After shopping for 20 minutes , we were seated. I am not saying that that is what you should expect when you come here, but that was our experience. Our waitress, Sheryle, brought out some biscuits and cornbread and then took our drink order. Honestly, I think these biscuits deserve more credit than they get. The tea was great and tasted freshly brewed. My grandparents shared the Pulled Pork Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries, and I got the Chicken Fingers Platter with the Fresh Fruit Cup and Macaroni and Cheese. It took about 10-15 minutes for the food to get out of the kitchen. Personally, this is the best chicken I've had in a while! My grandparents loved their food as well, and said that the BBQ sauce was really tasty!”

“After an amazing time at Wild Animal Safari my family and I wanted some local food and found this establishment. The food was amazing, well seasoned and fresh! The only thing was one of the waitresses didn’t introduced herself to us and she had an attitude to start but got better towards the end! Her attitude almost made my family and I walk out the door and go to a franchise for lunch, but because our day was going great we decided to stay and taste the food! The food was good just work on the attitude for future customers and the business! We will be back because the food is amazing, hopefully the attitude is better next go round! The four stars is because the food was really good!”

“So good! We got a fried tilapia basket and 3 different wings baskets. The baskets come with fries and hush puppies or toast. No diet food here :) Great service, clean, nice atmosphere, family friendly. There are 4 tables inside and some bar seating by the window. We were there for lunch on a Friday and it was pretty full.”

“What an amazing visit we had. Pouring rain but no matter. We were well educated and kept in stitches by Aubrey. The man knows his stuff! Your wines are amazing and learning things about each one made them so much better. It was a wonderful birthday weekend visit for my wife and now we are left with the best memories. The only thing they could do to improve this place would be more picnic tables and umbrellas for shade. This place could draw in some major local patronage with more seating options.”

“Great small town ... great place to grab lunch ... dinner is only served Friday & Saturday. Good 'southern' food ... fried and baked chicken, chicken livers, spaghetti and meat sauce (just like you'd make at home) quartered potatoes, green beans, beans, rolls, biscuits and corn read ... homemade chicken & noodle soup ... and of course a full salad bar. Dessert however is sold separate.My server was great! 5⭐”

“I have never tasted such a delicious cake from a bakery. we got the strawberry cake and it was so moist and good!!! we all kept waiting for that terrible sugar rush with the crash to hit us but it NEVER did. we didn't get that yucky feeling you usually get after eating cake or sugary sweets at all. I don't think I will ever buy from another bakery because I don't think it could possibly get any better than this. this bakery set a very high bar and I'm HOOKED! we also got a dozen of their cupcakes and they were just as good! try this place you won't be disappointed!!”

“Cute little coffee shop. Not an extensive menu for beverages or snacks, but they have the staples, the staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for late-2023! The coffee shop is located in the back of Fireflies Gift Boutique, which is also worth a visit! You can get to the coffee shop through Fireflies or a separate entrance on the back right of the building. The restroom is located in between Fireflies and Lightnin' Bugs. The only "warning" of sorts -- one staff member was a little heavy-handed with her pumps in one our lattes, which made it a bit too sweet. They graciously helped us de-sweeten it, though!”

“Really quaint place! My catfish was hot, fresh, and well seasoned. The fries were plenty and crispy! Hubby got hot wings with potato logs (wedges), and they were really good as well!Very steady line of people coming in, calling in orders and lining up at the drive thru. We were satisfied and full afer leaving.A big kudoo to the fact they posted a sign to let customers know that cash and credit prices differ. Typical today and that's fine. Another business in this town isn't doing that and they are adding fees to the bill without telling people. Very dishonest of that other business. We'll definitely be coming back to this one. The menu has LOTS to try!”

“We arrived before dinner crowd; the weather allowed us to eat on the patio. Brian our server was over to take our orders. The soup of the day was a tomato/potato soup- weird combo but it worked. They were out of crackers, but Brian proactively toasted bread and brought that out for the soup - great service! Recommend the Callaway burger - nice balance of toppings that are sweet but balanced by the slightly salt chargrill taste from the beef patty. All in all a great meal and service!”

“My wife and I were invited to a wedding being held in the chapel on the grounds. We stayed two nights. Our room was nice sized with a king sized bed. The one drawback was it was very expensive compared with similar rooms we have stayed at in nicer hotels. Almost $100 of each days cost was taxes and resort fees. We did not use the hot tub or pool but they were pretty. My wife said they need a magnifying mirror in the bathrooms. We did not eat on the grounds but the restaurant was busy at night. They need more premium TV channel options”

“We have been on vacation all week in South Florida . We came home and decided to go to the Safari Park at Pine Mountain. We were leaving and just wanted some home cooking. We stopped by Eddie Mae's right at quitting time and they still let us in. It was buffet style and everything was delicious. If we had one closer to home, it would be our weekly place.”

“Had a great shrimp burrito here. The guac was bland (pretty much just smashed avocado with cilantro) but my baby loved it. “Traveling from Alabama, I took my daughters to get some ice cream. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the ladies were very nice. My daughters loved their ice cream flavors. I highly recommend this ice cream parlor.”
