Giant scam! The customer service agents you speak with lie on the phone lie to customers. The agent I spoke with told me the last trolley ran at 9 pm. When I got to the Gardens, the last trolley in fact ran at 7 pm. Their online site was still selling tickets even though the trolley was closed. The onsite staff were rude and condescending. Two days later, after multiple calls, no one has contacted me back! Do not waste your time nor money here!
Went two days in a row and had totally different experiences. Went a Friday morning with short wait, exceptional service, I think her name was Kelly, and the food was fantastic. We were excited about going back Saturday morning and had already decided what we were ordering and looking forward to coffee to start. People were standing around waiting everywhere and they said the wait would be close to an hour. There were empty tables everywhere and one section was totally empty....
Reviewers are so silly….’no one greeted me’…’we had to wait for silverware’…..Talk about spoiled Americans! Eat at home. Lol. Most of Going Out, is to spend time with others you care about and not do any of the work. So you had a soggy fry…send it back and let them correct it.
