Have been going to this chipotle for several years and it has consistently continued to go downhill. Today will be my last time. Showed up at opening and the tables weren’t wiped down, the floor was unswept. Everything was still cold, guac was old and brown, they didn’t have fajitas, citrus vinaigrette, or any of the non fountain drinks. Workers have a horrible attitude and are always miserable looking while making the food. If you’re in the pooler area do yourself a favor and go to the chipotle by Costco. This chipotle needs a management change.

Food, service & atmosphere is a ZERO. it’s 8:41 and I’ve been standing at the counter while 4 people “prep” for tomorrow when there is NO food out now. This place claims to close at 11p so why on earth do the staff cut off grills at 7p? Honestly, it’s ridiculous and it makes you want to stop eating at chipotle on the whole.TRASH everywhere - disgusting.

Literally the worst chipotle I’ve been to. They never have shi’!!! Customer service is terrible, very much disappointed!

I hate to leave a one star. But I’ve been to this chipotle before and have never had an issue. But this visit March 15, 2024, I was greatly disappointed. To begin with, from the moment you step into the patio area the top of the trash was filled with trays. I walked in to order and they had the prepping area covered in food. And out of the 6 or 7 people on the kitchen, only one person was working at the front. The others were standing around just talking. They close at 11pm and at 8 they had nothing. Practically all the meat gone, no LETTUCE OR CHEESE, three scoops of guacamole. Then when asking for a napkin at the group of 4 in the to go area, one of the girls responded very rudely “no” and went back to their conversation. One of the young men grabbed napkins and gave some from the to go area. Drinks were out. Silverware out. And no napkins.Rice undercooked ? the only good thing was the pico actually had a kick to it.No wonder it was practically empty and next door at five guys it’s was packed

A terrible experience. The restaurant was dirty, the trash was overflowing in the bins. The drink area was filled with trash. The employees could have cared less. There was black grease on the floor in the open kitchen. I will never go back.

If I could rate this chipotle zero stars I would. We walked into the restaurant around 9:45PM on a Saturday evening. The place looked like it was closing, most of the food trays were completely empty and it was over an hour before closing. Around four employees were still there and each one just walked by us continuing to put stuff away as we stood awkwardly at the counter. Not a single word. We waited at the counter for 5 minutes more! Finally a girl clocked in and asked “what you waiting on?” We both looked at each other and said “we have been waiting to order.” The girl then looked at the trays and asked “do y’all want chicken?” Which I guess was the only option available! “We said, yes chicken.” Even though again, only option. She then proceeded to look behind her and ask a man at the grill if he had chicken. They then mouthed something to each other and he rolled his eyes. Clearly upset that we were there asking for food. She said, he has to go cut it & then everyone walked away. We stood for another few minutes and didn’t see anyone again, so we left. The whole experience was quite bizarre. This was also on a Saturday evening when people go out. The employees seems very young and unmotivated to work. I don’t expect five star service, but to completely just ignore paying customers is ridiculous. We proceed to drive to the one in tanger, further away but at least we got served food.

Pretty much the worst Chipotle I've ever been in. The food was fine, but the staff had a terrible attitude, the place was a mess (even the bathrooms) and trash was stacked 3 feet tall on the trash cans. I placed my order and food was literally tossed into a container and thrown down to the register where I was given attitude for asking for the side of chips that went with the kids meal. I was told they had run out of chips, yet multiple bags of ships were behind the counter. When asked if they could provide chips from one of the already prepared bags, the attitude given to us was unacceptable by any measure. We left with chips and our meals, but I'd never go back.

Don’t waste your time driving to this location. They are always out of multiple food items, so you will more than likely go somewhere else anyways. I thought after my 3rd visit to this new location it would be better, but it only seems to be getting worse.
Walked in wanting a chicken bowl at 7pm. They had fresh chicken and were giving the person ahead of us a chicken bowl. They told us we couldn’t have chicken because they were only giving it to online orders now. This is absolutely ridiculous. We drove 45 mins to get food and you are prioritizing online orders rather than in-person customers. It’s 7pm, they shouldn’t be running out of chicken when they close at 11. Do better.

So I went in on Saturday 24th at 7:00 pm and I don’t know if they had a long day or what but the two females had the worst attitude in the world , the female that was prepping the food kept slamming stuff and she rolled her eyes when I asked for chips and queso. And than the girl at the register got mad because I asked for a drink , chipotle isn’t the cheapest food to buy so it’s annoying to deal with attitude when I wasn’t giving attitude in the first place.

It’s always this short girl with dreads (possible manager) with glasses who has the worst attitude every time I come in. No matter how polite I am she acts like she is so annoyed that she has to do her job! If you don’t like your job leave and find another one instead of messing up this company image! Good help is hard to find ?
