Worst of the worst. Close this location down or restructure. Thank you for food poisoning.
regardless of if someone orders in person or orders through a food delivery app, but to have a bowl made and have zero rice in it is ridiculous and y’all should be ashamed
Easily the standout location around Pooler! My husband and I actually pass up a location just 7 minutes from our house to drive an extra 10 minutes here. Between the outstanding customer service, perfect order accuracy every single time, and extra generous portions, it is worth every extra mile.

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Pooler offers good service and consistent portion sizes. Some customers feel that the prices for guacamole and chips with queso are a bit high. The drive-through option is appreciated, especially during busy lunch hours. The location can be tricky to find, but the service is considered better than another nearby Chipotle. The restaurant stays clean, and outdoor seating adds to the experience. Recently, staff members like Chase have been recognized for their exceptional kindness, helpfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond, even replacing out-of-stock items and offering free ones. The food is generally tasty, and the location is convenient for those near Savannah/Hilton Head Airport. However, some customers note that the restaurant is sometimes out of items like rice, corn, lettuce, and salsa, and some staff members seem reluctant to work the line. Overall, the restaurant provides a pleasant dining experience, though as it gains more popularity, service quality might fluctuate.
