Chase deserves a raise! He is the nicest worker we have ever encountered at Chipotle. They had just run out of one thing we ordered so he replaced it with a different item, was very apologetic and gave us a free item to make up for it. We need more Chases in this world!!!!!! If you are Chase’s manager and you’re reading this: please promote him, give him a raise or at least a high five. Chase is the best!!!

I live nearby and have gotten some good meals from here. There are also some redeeming employees. However, they are semi-regularly out of things - rice, corn, lettuce, salsa, etc and many of their staff seem to avoid working the line.

Update 7/5/24 -- have been to this Chipotle twice since CEO interview and my prior review. Both recent times are the Chipotle experience you expect. Yeah!@ previously -- At 7:40 pm, visible from food line was a filthy kitchen and an uncrowded restaurant. Sign on door stating out of tortillas. Kind of big... No worker would come to food line to serve. So out of tortillas, then out of reg chips. Nbd-so ordered LG chips of which they had 1 bag. Staff forgot to give...
