“Today around 7:15 PM, I went to Cold Stone. It was super busy, but there were only two employees working. I got my order about 10 minutes later.
The girl who served me was an absolute rockstar. The customer ahead of me changed her order about three times, but she showed a lot of patience and handled the situation very calmly and with a smile. She managed everything, from making orders to processing customer payments, incredibly fast and efficiently.
While the service from her was awesome, I think management needs to schedule more staff to handle the rush.“

“We went yesterday, January 16, at around 3pm. From the time we entered until well after we were served (we sat outside to enjoy the ice cream), there was a constant stream of customers. The gentleman working was patient, polite, and quick to complete orders. He was alone too, which made it that much more impressive, given he must have served at least 2 dozen customers in a short timeframe. Kudos to him for being such an obviously great employee!“
