It’s Xmas eve they closed an hour ago (which I did not know other wise would not have ordered) the store was packed and many people complaining about wait times which was not their fault the system shouldn’t have allowed you to put in an order but these guy were doing amazing! There is little point in ordering through their app and requesting a specific pick up time. The last two experiences at this location see me getting my order almost an hour after the requested time. While I can understand needing all hands on deck preparing food, someone should still be able to greet guests and advise wait time delays. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before I was told my food would be right up, even though the app showed that it just went into the oven,...
