Came in for lunch after checking the menu online, but the in-store menu didn’t match. We customized a few items, and the first employee made us feel like an inconvenience—she even asked someone else to take our order in front of us. Thankfully, the second employee was kind, helpful, and reassured us it wasn’t a problem at all. Food was great, but the initial service was disappointing.

been here in the past but it’s been a really long time… then a few weeks ago i decided to order panera and saw it would be around 20 for a meal. decided to compare mcalisters and ended up with a great meal for less money!

First, let me start by apologizing for the bites in the sandwiches, lol. We started eating before we thought to take the picture. The food was amazing and fresh. The store was very busy as it was the beginning of lunch. They still managed to get our food out very fast. I ordered the Ruben, and my husband had the Memphian. We chose the choose 2 option. It came with a salad and half of a sandwich. The food was good, and we will definitely go back again.
