I am compelled to give this review on the outstanding Wendy's customer service provided to me despite the adverse conditions discovered upon my arrival. Please note the "1 star" rating under "Atmosphere". This is meant to rate the physical atmosphere in-store being that the Air Conditioning was clearly NOT functioning properly mid-July in Georgia! I can only guess how uncomfortable the employees were considering the fact they were in a functioning kitchen.The reason I can only guess is because the staff maintained a professional attitude and the service was not dimishied in any way. Today's staff should be commended. Also, GET THE AIR CONDITIONER FIXED!!!!“
“I've called several times because I went through the drive thru and didn't get my change or a receipt. I gave the young lady $10.35 for a $5.35 order. It would be really nice if someone would answer the phone. I would really like to have my $5.00.“
