Wendy's in Savannah

“The people here made me feel a little bit special. I was coming from the hospital with my mom, and I believe they might have been on break. But one of them didn't quite get her name, but she asked what I wanted and went back there herself to go and make my food for us. I mean sure we didn't get a lot, but it was a really great experience for me and my mom. We weren't in the best mood but all of them made our day better.“

“Visiting on a family vacation and stopped at Walmart for some forgotten necessities. My three year old was hungry so we stopped at McDonalds next to Walmart at 1045 when they close at 11. They “closed the store early for cleaning”. Drove down the street and thank goodness Wendy’s was open with better food. Woman working drive through was fantastic. Thank you.“

“My mother and I stopped here for lunch today. The drive thru was wrapped around the building, the lobby was maybe a third way full. The GM- can't remember her name- was amazing. They were so far in the weeds, but she kept her calm, had a positive attitude, pushed her team with encouragement, and she kept the line moving. Absolute Rockstar.“

“Stopped by this location around 11:30 PM on September 4th, and the young woman working the drive-thru window gave phenomenal service! Even though it was late, she was incredibly friendly, fast, and professional. It’s rare to get such great energy and care at a late-night drive-thru. She is a fantastic asset to this Wendy's team!“

“It’s always great when you come on a “good” night, especially after leaving a food place where it almost made the night bad.

Everything we ordered was prepared as requested and it was fresh. Oh, and let me just say… why are their chicken tenders legit? While McDonald’s tastes 3D, Wendy’s tastes better than some restaurants I’ve had them at.

The ladies in the drive thru were great, customer service was on point and the night was a night.“

“After having lunch, we went over to Wendy's to a get a frosty. The staff was very friendly by welcoming us in and offering to take our order immediately. I like that kind of service. We were offered a free Senior drink. These are the moments I really appreciate feel special.
A staff checked on us to see were we enjoying our visit. Wendy's is child friendly and a nice please to meet up with a friend, or to deliver AVON if you are a representative and to have a meeting to plan an event or fundraiser, etc.
They have wheelchair accessibility, the parking lot and restrooms are clean.
Don't forget to order a Chili for your lunch the next day.“

“I doordashed a minion meal and a 6 piece nugget but my drink and minion was forgotten. I tried contacting DoorDash but they didn’t want to give me credit or a refund. So, I took the survey that was on the receipt given to me and the manager Stephanie called me soon after apologizing. She was very nice and understanding and she was able to fix my problem and get me my minion and drink 😭 she went above and beyond and I’m happy. Thank you!“

“This location was packed at the drive thru and the road that lead into it is on a busy street making it somewhat dangerous if the drive thru line is in the street!

Parking: Lot is small so if they are busy then parking is limited.“
