Found Wendy's staff very professional and courteous in Savannah Ga.the 3days in Savannah was a great place to visit.
After having lunch, we went over to Wendy's to a get a frosty. The staff was very friendly by welcoming us in and offering to take our order immediately. I like that kind of service. We were offered a free Senior drink. These are the moments I really appreciate feel special.

Ms. Nita, who works the morning shift, is noted for her exceptional customer service and positive attitude, described as Wendy's secret weapon. Kasey is also recognized for her great service during late hours, always wearing a smile. Although some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as incorrect items and misunderstandings, the staff is generally committed to addressing concerns. Free parking is available, and customers feel that Wendy's continues to honor the legacy of its founder while providing smooth service at the drive-thru.
