Horrible customer service! I tried to order an item that was advertised as available all day but the young lady said it was only available in the morning she was also very rude. This experience is one of the many reasons I don’t typically come to this company for food I just thought I’d give it another try. NEVER AGAIN.

This has got to be the slowest wendys on the planet. Everyone is greeted and told "I'll be right with you" then 5 minutes later you're finally able to order.

Terribly slow. One car took over 5 minutes to get his order taken. Took over 20-25 minutes to get food in the drive thru, and there was only 3 cars ahead of me.Looks like a management issue to me
We ordered the 5 dollar meal and found out it went up to 6. Which is still a good deal but everything tasted processed but the Fry's were hot and

No burgers because the broiler was down. It happens. My order was $10.58 handed her $11. She asks me to pull forward to wait for onion rings (never handing me change) no problem. 10 minutes later she comes out with the order. No napkins and still no change. I'm eating lunch in my car. 1napkin too much to ask for? Guess they were just having a bad day.
