I've never experienced customer service that made me literally want to walk out in the middle of placing my order. The young man that was helping me was rude for absolutely no reason. He repeatedly snapped at me when asking me for my order, when he proceeded to move to the next section I tried to remind him that I was ordering something else, and he snapped at me asking what else I wanted. I was floored. I've spent years in customer service, it sucks. Bit I am honestly lost for words at how bad I wanted to just leave. And I'm honestly upset I didn't.

Best burritos, bowls, and salsa selection around! Not only in this area, but in general. The staff at this location could say “WELCOME TO MOE’S” with a little enthusiasm. So when people say it back loudly don’t look at them all weird. They’re just showing you how it’s done because they’ve been frequenting the chain for so long. -1 star for weak welcomes.

They are always friendly, but they charge extra to add queso to the bowls, which already cost more than $13, and then they give you one tiny ladle of it. I couldn't even taste it amongst all the other ingredients in my bowl.

TERRIBLE. Placed an online order and order was incorrect and missing food. Food that I did receive had enough oil to fill a car engine.. soggy nasty mess. Called in to see if I could have food remade and manger cut me off and said “I’ll just refund the whole order” okay. Never going

This place was great a few months ago, but seems the staff has completely turned over and it's gone downhill fast. Very disappointed. Runs out of fresh food at peak dinner time (when they should be ready for business), seems upset to have to make more or help customers. Barely put a dab of guac on my bowl and when I mentioned it the guy said "we're not supposed to". Half of a teaspoon is not a guac serving.

Ordered drinks, a couple of bowls and tacos. Displeased with the method of serving protein. The server literally scooped an even serving of the selected meat and then tilted the serving spoon to remove some of the meat. For $40, I certainly appreciate receiving-at the least- the full amount of protein served using the assigned utensil.
Predictable and consistent, which is always a plus for fast food.

My first 4 visits were 2 star ratings so I took a break from Moes for two months. So tonight I decided to try them again one last time. This time the dinning area was clean and well stocked. The food bar looked cleaned as well. I had the pleasure of getting served by Katie. She made sure to get me fresh queso, sour cream and chips. She went above and beyond compared to the previous team members that served me. She didn’t cheat me out of food and was very fast efficient and friendly with me. Katie definitely restored some trust in this location and Moe’s overall in this area. I will definitely return. I can say the food was cold even though I live 5 mins away but it was still very tasty compared to last time. Great job Katie you get 5 stars from me.
Manager is always passive aggressive. Staff and manger try to prep online orders with one glove. The sanitary level of the restaurant is very lack luster. Use to love this place now its barely tolerable.
