They are always friendly, but they charge extra to add queso to the bowls, which already cost more than $13, and then they give you one tiny ladle of it. I couldn't even taste it amongst all the other ingredients in my bowl.
My first 4 visits were 2 star ratings so I took a break from Moes for two months. So tonight I decided to try them again one last time. This time the dinning area was clean and well stocked. The food bar looked cleaned as well. I had the pleasure of getting served by Katie. She made sure to get me fresh queso, sour cream and chips. Best burritos, bowls, and salsa selection around! Not only in this area, but in general. The staff at this location could say “WELCOME TO MOE’S” with a little enthusiasm. So when people say it back loudly don’t look at them all weird. They’re just showing you how it’s done because they’ve been frequenting the chain for so long. -1 star for weak welcomes.
