If I could choose 10 stars, I would! Choosing Beyond Details to cater our wedding was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding day! Brandy was so helpful every single step of the way. She replied to emails right away, answering any question or concern I had with a professional and caring attitude! Beyond Details also handled the floral for our wedding as well, which turned out exactly as I had imagined! I would recommend Beyond Details to ANYONE planning a wedding ♥️

We engaged Brandy and Beyond Details for our son’s Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party August 10, 2019 at a Marriott property in downtown Nashville. We couldn’t have been happier. Brandy had my wife, son, and I to her office to sample some menu options and they were all delicious. With regard to our event, she was very flexible and a great communicator. But the most important thing was that the food was hot, fresh, and everyone loved it. I would recommend Beyond Details to anyone wanting a first class and reasonably priced caterer in the greater Nashville area. Beyond Details is an excellent catering and coordinating company. We used Beyond Details for our December 2015 wedding, and I couldn't be happier. The food at our reception was incredible, and the guests loved it! We chose tomato soup shooter and grilled cheese hors d'oeuvres, which were a huge hit! Our dinner of prime rib, corn souffle, green bean almondine, and roasted new potatoes was incredible. We have some leftovers, and I ate them for days after the wedding. So good! We purchased a credit at the "Found" store, and the props we chose were just perfect. Beyond Details also provided a GORGEOUS hanging aisle arrangement of branches and orb lights which wowed our guests (and me!). EVERYONE who came to the wedding or saw photos after have said it was just breathtaking! Thank you, Beyond Details!!

We signed a contract that they would do flowers and food for our wedding. Six weeks before ,they said they would not be able to do flowers because they overbooked. They didn't care that the were legally bound by contract . The next week we went to tasting and they said they were afraid we would give them a bad review so they BREACHED the contract and cancelled our wedding. I have never heard of this happening. But since I have heard from locals that they have a terrible reputation So BEWARE. Also food was cold and gross. Ask around first. If you wonder why you don't see many bad reviews they put it in the contract that you can't write one. Lol

My husband and I were married at The Mill at Yellow River in November of 2014. The experience we had working with Beyond Details was better than we could have imagined. Jakob and his staff took the time to really listen to what we had envisioned for our wedding and reception. They worked within the parameters of our budget to provide delicious food we could be proud to serve out guests. Wedding food is often underwhelming, even at the swankiest of receptions. However, people are still raving about the food at our reception (especially the mini grilled cheeses and tomato soup shots at our cocktail hour and the squash casserole at dinner). The food was served piping hot (not always the case at receptions I have been to in the past) and our guests left full and more than satisfied! Thank you, Beyond Details! We will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Superb portfolio! The designs were very beautiful and ranged from extravagant and elegant to simple and rustic. The ideas are very unique! The only recommendation would be to have several in-person design meetings to ensure that you are getting exactly what you envisioned and possibly be willing to do some DIY projects to cut back on some of the costs. For the catering division, great food (though the quality on any day can vary in taste, appearance, etc from the time of tasting to the actual event- however, I am sure that this is something that stands to be true in many other catering companies, a bit disappointing nonetheless). All in all, its truly great to have a catering and decor business with such demonstrated skill/talent in such a small community. However, as in any business, customer service is the key. This is where they truly miss the mark.
