My husband ordered a cheeseburger only, I ordered the bacon deluxe meal, only pickle, and a side of chili. The server repeated our order. He came back to tell me that they were out of chili, and I said that was fine. There was a group of customers already waiting for their order. 30 minutes later I watch the other server finally serve her customers food, which is fine, of course. I asked our server if the cook was just starting ours and he replied yes. When we finally got our order, my husband had hash browns, ( they tried to make him pay for them no he didn't eat them). And my burger had onions all over it. I asked the server to take it back, I watched the cook pick off the onions with his fingers. I called the server over and told him to please have the cook cook me a new on, and asked him if he could bring me my hash browns so I could eat them while they were hot. When he brought them he said " With side of chili too right?" I told him that he said that they didn't have any, he said "Oh yeah". I finally got my burger ate and went on our to our car to wait when my husband came out and asked if our bill should have been a little over $20. I said no we went back in to get it fixed. There was a gentleman waiting for his to go order, I looked over as the cook gave him a container wiping off CHILLI! The chilli I was told they were out of!We have been to this waffle house several times and never have we had any complaints but this whole experience was terrible. Will be a long time before we go back.

Food was so so, but ok. The atmosphere was quiet and not chaotic. Just be mindful of your bill. Proces on menu include taxes and our server had taken the bill and "added incorrectly " an even 5.00 more . My husband wasn't going to say anything but I did. It could have been an honest error, but it was 5.00 more not 2.27 or some odd amount that might indicate an addition error.

Today was TERRIBLE!! I ordered my food online. When I arrived to the restaurant it was 3 families waiting to be sited none of the staff acknowledge us on top of that my food was ready for pickup but I still had to wait to get my food because no one acknowledged me or bothered to ask if I had ordered on line or did I need to place a order.
