I ate lunch here today. I had fried chicken, black eyed peas, cole slaw, and corn. It was good. The chicken was crispy and cooked good. It was not dry. It could have used a bit more seasoning but otherwise was tasty. The black eyed peas were really good. The slaw was tasty. The service was excellent and fast. This place will serve you a good meal. I would go back.
If you're hungry for some great food at a great price Ed's is the place to go.Eds recently has remodeled bc of a fire and the inside looks great. Eating at Eds feels like it does when everyone eats at Grandma's on Sunday. A great atmosphere where everyone knows each other and there are no strangers. Clean, spacious and friendly place. The food was actually pretty good, much to my surprise. Friendly service, laid back atmosphere. However, the entire place smelled like raw sewage, especially in the bathroom. The toilet was extremely loose and it smelled HORRID in there. Fix that, and I could be a regular.
