So ordered two burgers, the woman called it back wrong, corrected her, pay for the food and leave open up my burger and its wrong not very warm either. Go back in lady ask how she could help but looked irritated that I said it was wrong, showed the receipt that verified the way I requested it be made. Nuggets were dumped in the bottom of the bag. Was so looking forward to lunch from wendys...and they were absolutely not busy just laughing and playing around in the store.
Food is great any other time but we sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and no answer. We pulled up to the window 2 workers were in the back on their phone and the other one at the window saw us a walked back there with them we even honked the horn and they still didn’t come to the window. We were not the only ones they didn’t answer there was another truck in front of us.??

I used to love going here. My daughter took me the other night . We both order the fiesta fries . Usually the cheese is melted on top of the fries. This time we had cold shredded cheese on top. When I wanted to ask about melting the cheese, I was told that they never do that. Well that's a lie. I had to stand there over minutes to get anyone to talk to about it in the first place.
