Food was good but the service sucked. The guy making our food had earbuds in and wasn't listening to us. Was going to order more but just took what they had made and left. Don't think we will go back.
It takes people to run these businesses, they're as successful as their owners dedication to not only their profit but to those that keep the doors open, like the staff. Overall, my interaction with staff has been friendly, fast, and sometimes fun. Remember humans work there, humans that work long hours and days on end without days off. They are doing the best they can.
Use to like subway
However, the subway in Sylvester Ga is way lacking and far from the standard I am use too.
Number 1 issue is we submitted subway coupons, issued to us from a different subway, we were told that the coupon would not be honored in Sylvester Ga.
This Subway will not take any of their own coupons? Strange
There were 2 employees and one was very professional and one not so much.
Ordered a BMT with spicy mustard to be told I could not get the mustard.

Subway is a welcoming and fun restaurant with friendly and fast staff. They cater to dietary restrictions and even have handicap parking available. The staff remains patient and professional, even during busy times like when a Women's Soccer Team visited. A great experience with quick service and a bubbly atmosphere.
