Went to give a low, detailed review and then saw they had a 2.8 star rating. Makes sense. Malachi, for a manager, lacks some leadership skills and I’m surprised to hear he’s leading a team with the poor attitude he has. Rude for absolutely no reason. Terrible customer service.

Took an hour and arrived cold.
Believe the bad reviews. This location used to be really solid and I never had issues. Over the last few months, it has been awful. The order is usually wrong and way undercooked. It takes FOREVER if you do delivery, like 1.5-2 hours. One time they arrived and did not have our order because they delivered it to the wrong house. We usually do in-store pick up thinking it would be easier and faster, but when you go into the store, it is absolute chaos. They have pizzas sitting everywhere...read full review
