I have been to this location three separate times asking for munchkins each time. Iām told they do not have any at the time that is just ridiculous to me. I will not be returning to the store.

Decent food, sometimes. The tea often tastes like it was made in a coffee pot, and the service definitely leaves something to be desired. More than that is the climate ā the store canāt decide whether to be too hot or too cold, but it somehow never lands on comfortable.

Iām a frequent Dunkin drinker and come to this Dunkin not often even though itās the closest one to my house. Service is sometimes fine, but often bad. Iām not sure if they are just under staffed or not trained enough. Something needs to change.

The girl with the curly shoulder-length hair and bad acne is in need of an attitude check. You tell her that your drink was made wrong and that you want it redone and she makes a nasty face at you then cuts you off to tell you to pull up. When I got the drinks back the cups were covered in coffee and sticky cold foam and she couldnāt be bothered to clean them up before giving them back, itās ridiculous. I go to this location often because itās the only one closest to me and I hate to have to be a regular and deal with rude employees everytime

Frequent customer of Dunkinā Donuts for decades throughout the country. This was the worst service experience ever in one of their establishments. And all a direct result of how management responded to a complaint on a bagel not put together as ordered. For a family owned business, as I was told with attitude, the family needs to put the right people in place to deal with the public aka your customers.
