I was on the way to work, I had 3 others in the vehicle when we stopped by this Dunkin, we were a little early, we arrived about 4:53 AM. We sat patiently awaiting them to open at 5 AM. The first person to arrive to work was at 5:04 AM, we waited till 5:16 AM for them to open so we could get coffee and still were not open. So we left and went to starbucks down the road. Beware if your up early for work like we are daily, do not come by here, you might just leave empty handed.

The person taking orders had zero personality and was rude. They got my order incorrect. They throw the food on the counter and barely stated what it is and who it's for. Luckily my son was standing right there or we would have missed it. First and last time. We'll stick to the one in Hiram.

I get doughnuts and coffee here fairly regularly. Around 2-3 times a week. Usually the doughnuts are soft and perfect, but sometimes you can tell they have been sitting out.Iced caramel latte is usually decent, but sometimes it's like they didn't use any creamer or whatever makes it sweet.Service is usually great. Still going to go here to get my doughnut fix, despite it sometimes being very subpar. It's good days outweigh the bad.Ordering ahead with the app produces better results, idk why.

I am not told to have a good day, I’m not told you’re welcome, I pull up to the speaker in the drive thru and how they said “order when ready” I looked at my wife in shock because the tone that was used. I will not be going back to this location. Absolutely ridiculous! Do better

Update #3: as of Dec 2023 I am still happy with this duncan. I changed my rating last year because they have gotten better. When they first opened it was so inconsistent but I go there pretty regularly now and I am still getting good drinks and bagels. Keep up the good work!!Update #2. I think they've made some changes because my drink is usually made right these days and my bagels are fresh! For a while there it was very hit or miss and I would say two out of every three times I went either my bagel wasn't fresh or my espresso drink was very bitter. It's been several weeks now and they're getting it all right it seems. Maybe they finally figured it out!Update: I've been coming here to this location for about a year now and have to say that I'm not as impressed as I was in the beginning. This location is right next to my house and so convenient, I really hope the owner reads these reviews and can make some sort of change. They make my drink wrong almost every time. Depending on who is at the register, they're usually really nice about it and they quickly remake the drink, but some of them act like it is an inconvenience to have to remake it when they're the ones that made it wrong! But either way, I really hate that they have to dump out a whole drink every single time I order... The food is always good other than the bagels never taste fresh, but my normal DD order for the past many years has been a bagel and a latte so I'm pretty disappointed that I have tried each Bagel they make and I'm never impressed with the freshness. For two years I stopped at a different Dunkin every morning and the bagels were fantastic, I looked forward to it every morning, now that I'm going to this Dunkin I wonder why I bother even getting a bagel because I don't even enjoy it anymore. Donuts were stale and barely had any jelly inside. The hash rounds covered in queso were tasty but you only get like 6 little one for $5. Service was slow, no hello, or friendly employees. I won't be going back I'll stick with Krispy Kreme.
