Their machines don't work they take money from customers and don't deliver the product you pay for this company is horrible do not use them

Elite Vending is a phenomenal company. They respond to machine issues within 48 hours, create a restock schedule that suits the demand for product, and they hold great Christian values. They have a wide variety of options for the workplace like coffee vending, snacks, drinks and cold food, and also have a great selection of products. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I have used Elite Vending for over 10 years and have brought them along with me as I have moved locations throughout the metro area. The service you receive is second to none as you can call Josh directly if you need anything. They only hire trustworthy people who represent Elite and the family that owns Elite. If you’re tired of the runaround from your other vending companies but your trust in Josh and the Elite team. They will treat you like your the only customer that they have. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Elite Vending for almost 5 years. They supplied fresh food and drinks to our employees of almost 300, three times a week. The customer service was above standard. The owner of the company would make visits 2- 3 times a month to make sure everything was running smoothly; which is unheard of! I would strongly recommend Elite Vending to any business!

I called them about a machine I had in my warehouse to serve it, they have a decal for sales and service and repair.It took them weeks to never call me back and finally I called again. Guy ask how many people I had working there. I said 5-10 he said I was to small.There shop is about 5 miles from there and I guess I’m to small and inconvenient for them.I also own another business as well travel all over ATLANTA for small jobs.Another couple goes by and some random tech shows up to open it and take all the money out of it and unload the productsHe stated someone would call me in a few days to set up.Another two weeks goes by and nothing.Elite Vendor is piss poor about communication, and Seevice . I will stop by next with BBB and right bad reviews everywhere.

We partnered with Elite vending this year to take care of our vending needs. Their associates have been helpful and very professional. They have also been quick to respond to any need we may have.

This is a absolutely wonderful company to work for. Great positive atmosphere and everyone was so helpful. I really enjoyed my time with this Christian values , treat you like family business.
