Terrible terrible terrible!!!! After waiting 20 minutes (two people ahead of me) I get home with watery gravy, cold chicken and potatoes.
KFC in Powder Springs, GA needs some serious help!!!!!
Terrible, Terrible service, and dried out corn and watery gravy. Could not even eat let alone look at.
This store is the worst restaurant I have been to. Long wait, incorrect orders orders, and nasty food.
It used to be a very good restaurant not anymore. I have to go 10-15 miles to go to a good KFC.
Avoid this store!
My order was wrong, I was very specific with my order & went here because of what I wanted. I have called the restaurant over 10 times to try to speak with someone & nobody is answering. So my only other option would be to drive back up to the restaurant & hope for my order to be remade which I don’t have the time for so it’s pretty much just wasted money & food.
Update I came to the location to ask for a refund or to get my order remade & even though they are scheduled...read full review
