I had a very bad experience, renting a Rug Doctor rug cleaning machine from this Kroger. They gave me a machine that was full of extremely dirty water, and when I transported it home, it leaked into the carpeting of my car, resulting in a disgusting smell that lasted for weeks. I took my vehicle into be cleaned and contacted Kroger for reimbursement, however, they would only refer me to their insurance company, which is called Sedgwick, who, then refused to settle my claim, pointing me to rug doctor as the people responsible. However, it was a Kroger employee who did the paperwork, processed my credit card, released the machine to me, and was supposed to ensure the machine was clean and ready to be rented. I'm very disappointed that a $2 billion company can't reimburse $100 due to their their employees negligence.

Spotty customer service. And they are allergic to manned registers. I hate a self checkout.

I primarily shopped this location from 2014 until 2023. Only reason I won't be back is that I recently moved out of state. They always had what I needed/wanted. Even found a few items of interest I hadn't seen at other locations that became regular items for me. The staff are not always friendly. It's very hit or miss. Customer service is not always friendly. The worst was the lady that frequently works in the self checkout area. Just attitude for no visible reason, perhaps troublesome customers before my arrival?! Only reason I docked one star is her.

Kroger has just lost my Pharmacy business, moving to Publix. The help there is non existent. Just spent twenty minutes on hold where someone picks up the phone, and puts me on hold again. I have repeadedly requested prescriptions with no update from the department, causing me to call and be put on hold. When I go to pay ... they rarely have enough people at the counter to provide assistance or to work the long lines that build up. And the rest of the store ... nasty. Need to update and clean up.

If I wanted to be a cashier, I would apply for a job. It’s Sunday and they had no registers open and 2 of the self checkout lines were out of service. I shouldn’t have to ring up $150 worth of groceries myself for the prices I am paying!

I am 71 years old I'm handicapped do you not drive ask for a simple delivery of groceries that wasn't much but what I ordered for my dinner they could not even deliver I spent probably at least $700 a month in that place I will not use their services again somebody else can get my money

This Kroger and the one on Nathan Dean are two of the worst Kroger's I have ever been in. They have the nastiest employees, most of them have terrible work ethics as you always see them playing with their phones in the aisle or at the registers, standing in the way having personal conversations and just don't care. But today really took the cake! My credit card stripe was messed up as the card reader wasn't reading it. I had them suspend the transaction and took it up to customer service to have them manually enter it. Sharon, the customer service supervisor was a real witch, giving me an attitude saying they can't do that and walking away from me. I told her to call the manager, which she did. She said the manager said the same thing and wasn't coming up. I said I was not leaving til she talked to me. The manager finally comes up, her name was Donyale, she was also pretty bad at her job which explains why the employees at that location are the way they are! In the end, they refused to help me and I will never return to the Kroger at 4150 Macland Road again. I'm just putting this out there for others to avoid these two employees. I don't understand why they can't take pride in their stores the way Publix does. I will only use Publix from now. They're higher class anyway.

Save yourself some time and just go to Publix. The cashiers are very rude so it seems as if there are underlying issues at this store!

Fantastic shopping experience! Store is always clean, employees were friendly and helpful. Checkout was fast as well. I was treated as and felt like a valued customer.

the macland road powder springs employees need to know they can't kick people out before your stupid rule of wearing masks goes in to effect

Can I give this store a negative star? I have been going here off and on for 5 years and very time I leave, I am angry! The people are beyond rude! With the pandemic they are not cleaning carts and did not have wipes to wipe down your own. I brought my own bags and the check out dude told me "bring your own bag, bag your own stuff!" Huh, okay? Wouldn't start checking me out until I gave him my Kroger card (which it makes zero difference when you scan the card) and show him my ID for alcohol. Very rude. I have complained to corporate several times and there has been zero change. After this past visit (6/29/20), I will not be back EVER! It's very clear that they don't care about their customers. Go somewhere where they appreciate your business Publix and Walmart do a much better job. Shame on you Kroger!

Lady is rude at the fueling station that worked Sunday March 22th. In these times a smile will be better than someone who has a rude face. Please if a person doesn’t want to work let them stay home. I was on pump 6 around 11:35am
