Been living in the area for over 20 years when I cheat on Los Portales by going to another Mexican restaurant I have bad experiences. If you want Fresh that your stomach will thank you for later eat here...seriously. The family that owns the place is super sweet.
Consistently great food. Makes my crazy special order without making me feel like I am inconveniencing them. We used to sit and watch everyone play trivia because it was a hoot. Cant wait for that to come back. The staff has always been kind and made their best effort. It has been hard during COVID and even now while hiring is so difficult. Wont catch me anywhere else for my Mexican fix!

This place has cajones! Right in front of La Parilla! But it makes sense why. Their food is so good and so are their drinks. Place is super clean and staff is very friendly. I'm still partial to La Parilla, but I'd be lying if I said this place isn't just about as good.
