Pizza Hut

I ordered a 2 large pizzas. When they arrived I was given two medium sized pizzas that I paid the price of a large for. I was told I could not be refunded and I was wrong about my pizza size.

Ghetto Pizza Hut. Guaranteed they are out of stock on virtually everything. Management and customer service is lacking. Skip!

I came in to door dash and the old lady just looked at me didn’t say anything , didn’t acknowledge me nor did she tell anyone I was at the front. Look at me twice like oh no customers are here. This is one of the worst locations and really needs to shut down! Customer service here is at an all time LOW! Then the lady has the nerve to have an attitude because I’m upset because nobody has any customer service at this place. Please don’t eat here. There are several other Pizza Hut’s in the area.

I ordered a Pizza for delivery @6:30pm, I received confirmation that I would received my pizza @7:47pm, then 8;00pm, then, 8:09pm, then 8:14pm, then 8:47pm. I finally went to pick it up, and they told me that they gave it to someone else. Poor management, and in-store customer service. The manager was apologetic, but not accommodating. Customer service offered a credit on my next order.

Arianna, was very pleasant and accommodating while helping me trouble shoot my order. On a busy Friday evening my order was left behind. She noticed made contact and helped me! A true professional! Thank you!

Edit: Delivery driver Fay is the best. My Pepsi didn’t come with my order and she brought it to me just like she said. This Pizza Hut is in my neighborhood and there are so many negative reviews. My experience was great.

It's always best to order on line. They put an even amount of toppings, they could put more of the correct toppings that I asked for on the pizza. I come here often so I must say I like it

Vegetarian options: Many vegetables to put on your pizza. I never order meat. And I didn't have a problem with the cheese.

Ordered pizza today paid extra for original pan and they sent me flat dry pizza… and the bonus is they don't even answer the phone… called back and some type of call center and was on hold for 20 minutes. No response what so ever

Slow service. Pizza sucks. Pizza hut used to be the best years ago but not so much anymore. No one takes pride in their work. It's usually the lone manager handling all of the orders during lunch and they are always frustrated. I understand why their frustrated and don't blame them. It's the company and their upper management that make life miserable for the employees and the customer. Hire more help and sacrifice your big bonuses that you get off of the backs of your employees

New Macland rd location if there was an option for 0 stars they would have it for sure. My order was cold and completely wrong. When I finally placed an order after having to place repeatedly due to customer service telling me they were having technical issues online. My order immediately said it was ready for pick up because the store wants to improve their time getting food out or at least appear that they are. After getting my cold wrong pizza I called the store to inform them and the heavy set Caucasian women who has been there a long time was extremely rude and hung up on me 3 times and refused to give me her name or store number claiming that she does not know the store number so that I could contact corporate. I was told to contact Dean by someone else they was hung up on again I know the woman who answered the phone because I have had several issues with her before. I just never reported her until now. I will not stop until she is fired because there is no way she should be working there, but that probably won't happen because she has been there so long. People work hard for their money, and in no way should they be treated that way. They will not ever get my money at that location again. Save your money and go to Papa Johns

They are straight liars as soon as you place the order it says ready for pick up secondly the system was down had to place order 3 times for it to go through thirdly nothing I asked for was correct and the food was completely cold
and to top off everything The white girl and that's what I'm going to call her because she refused to identify herself by name or store number. Messed up my order and this is not the first time. Dean needs to restaff this entire location because it took everything in me not to go up there and wait in the parking lot for her to get off of work because what you will) not do is play with people when they work hard for their money. I am going to contact corporate every single day until she no longer works there. How are you an employee and supposedly don't know the store number???

The pizza was good. I was disgusted when I went in the store to ask for napkins. There was a huge puddle under/ around the cooler where drinks were kept. The placed was very drab. Back to the napkins, after waiting approximately 8 minutes from someone to come to the counter, I was told that they only had plates and cups. Not one napkin in the store!! The young man who come to the counter was very nice.

My pizza was'nt cooked thoroughly. The dough was'nt done at all, very doughey. I'm only giving 1 star because the bread sticks & cinnamon bread were good.I would've taken it back but I'd made it home so it was more convienient for me to place in the oven. I don't think I've ever been so dissapointed with Pizza Hut.
