Ordered pizza, pizza was sent through doordash, they didn’t deliver everything, and when I contacted Pizza Hut I ended up having to go to the store to pick up my missing items because they refuse to give me my money back and offered a store credit. There was a reason why I ordered DELIVERY and didn’t select the option for pickup. The male was very nonchalant upon picking up what was left.

As a high end google reviewer, I certainly read a lot of the recent reviews for this location of Pizza Hut. Im not piling on to the already negative reviews that seem to dominate the recent timeline. What I suggest is the owner of this franchise seriously should understand that if things are going south? He's man enough to find a way to correct the negative that is clearly being stated.If not well good luck staying in business!

If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered online at about 10 am because I had to bring 9 pizzas to a party at 630 pm. I received my confirmation and about 5:45 saying they couldn't complete my order because it needed to be prepaid before hand. Ok but why yall just now calling and you had all mf day to do so. I was on my way to pick them up so I thought. Now I'm irritated as fuck because I have no pizzas. This really pissed me off and if you need a payment for a large order then put that shit on the website or call in a reasonable time. I'm not ordering 9 pizzas for Mt family so obviously it's for a gathering. The manager or who ever it was was rude snd hung up on my lol....well communication better with your customers and try to resolve an issue instead of being a hoe...don't order from this ghetto location. I'm giving a bad review, I contacted cooperate, and whatever else I can to warn people about this mess. I had to call another pizza company and they were a blessing because I had to bring 9 pizzas to a party that pizza hut almost ruined for me.
I love going here, never a disappointment! The new manager is so nice and has great customer service. Thanks for taking my last minute huge order and having it ready within 20 minutes...you guys rock!
