The guys that work there doing the online pickup orders subs will always screw your orders, the two ladies that work there will always make your online order perfect honestly don’t do online orders if the two ladies are not working that day, even In person those guys sucks at making sub!!! Even a homeless guy make better subs than them!! best thing to do is call in to verify those ladies are the one making the subs before placing a online pick up order

Walked in at 2pm to be rudely greeted by the employee saying “I’m not taking any customers now.” Word of advice, If you are going to be refusing business for whatever reason, either lock the door or maybe tell customers without being rude.

Ms. Teresa is a very oneside of color type of Boss she is very unfair to customers of color so is the way things keeps changing because the way she treats people who come as workers or customers . She has ran this location to hurtful things she a killer litterally hiring and firing people who cant deal with her come down its clear. # Subway/ drugwayor Noway.?. After working 51 plus hours then boom No check because they mad they hurt people of color if they can Tiffany play both sides she aint No good either. Got me working as a shift leader with No pay because my color didnt fit the position only in conversation because I worked several nights alone. Same pay rate closing the store hours pay different but not here if they dont want to , the app would be great if they dont go in and change your information. Thanks to HR also messy talking about Ms loretta because they wishing her to failas a great person, but you have to open your eyes they will keep cheating you till times get better for they habit of cheating you. In the short time I was there to witness the abusiveness implemented toward colored people who has a voice end up writing reviews you cant work and say anything unapproved so I got fired for not coming in a day I didnt have. this why they kept my last 2 checks. They said it was in the mail never recieved. They made me miss Thanksgiving and my aunt funeral for holding my checks because they rud . Just getting a hold of the owner this week finally got a check and we getting charged for the tips because they keep them and tax us . New understanding about filing exempt they make you take some type of tax because they cant take your tips made if not. 1.Just never forget BLM also . 2.Never keep people checks 3. Treat people how you want to be treated.

Don't go here if you are hungry, they measure and weigh the meat in little tiny trays not even enough for the bread. Then charge you more that other Subways. I got the Teriyaki Chicken with NO extras which is $5.29 online. They charge $6.99. One star is too much!

There are really not enough words to describe how great Sheilla is. I have gone into this location twice where she was working by herself and she was so fast, kind, and efficient. She got the line down quickly and kept a smile on her face the whole time even though I’m sure the crowd was overwhelming. A new employee came in during one of my visits and he was so nervous, but the way that Sheilla guided him was truly impressive. I am not sure who owns this establishment, but please do everything in your power to keep Sheilla. She is a true asset to this Subway and I am so impressed by her. Great employees are hard to find and she is one of the best. She is doing an awesome job and deserves praise.

Horrible customer service. The man working on the shift at 5 PM on weekends has terrible customer service and you can tell he really does not want to be there or be bothered with customers. Immediately upon walk in I was greeted with rudeness unnecessarily. Just trying to get a sandwich for son ?

One star, because I couldn't post without choosing one. I stopped to get a sandwich, the OPEN sign was lit and the door was open. It was 8:59. The only employee present told me that they were closed, that they closed at 9:00. I told her that if she would not serve me, I would not be back. As I was getting into my car, she walked to the door, and said something to a guy in the parking lot who then began to call me vulgar names. He ran into the store, and I followed. The girl said that he could come in, that he was her ride; he continued flipping me off and cussing me. She asked me to leave; I asked for the name of her manager, she said that she would soon be promoted to manager. I will never darken the door of this Subway again, nor will I patronize any other Subway owned by this franchisee, which includes the Subway at BP in downtown Powder Springs. It's obvious that courtesy is in short supply in this organization; if you're in such a hurry to leave that you can't wait on a paying customer, you don't need to be working in that particular establishment, and you certainly don't need to be promoted to manager. The twerp who stood behind her in the door and continued to call me names needs to learn some manners, as well. I repeat, do not patronize the Subway at 4150 Macland Road, in the Varner Crossing Shopping Center. They don't deserve your business.

I just got a sandwich there the customer service was phenomenal they were very nice I felt very skimped on meat for my sandwich they didn't even put meat across the full footlong sandwich the veggies look like they had been sitting out all night the tomatoes were wilted and questionable the lettuce was pretty much questionable as well and I showed up at 11:50 in the morning or afternoon
