I placed a mobile order and arrived after 10 minutes just to wait another 25 minutes for food that was not fresh. Shawn, who was that "manager" had a very poor attitude. I asked for a number so that I could reach someone with common sense and he rushed through the number as he saw I had no paper or pen or phone. I then asked he him could he give me a second to put the number in my phone and he walked away saying, "just come in and get it then". I paid $35 for 4 meals and 2 desserts...read full review
They need help it’s a long wait every time. If it continues I will call corporate and even the news.

Service is TERRIBLE here. Went thru drive thru at 11:45am, ordered the "special" on the menu, YET, they said they it would be a 10 min wait. This is AFTER they take your card. If they knew it was slow in cooking the special, then say THAT when taking the order. Asked for refund, will NOT be returning.
