Only in the area occasionally coming up from Fl.. However Veronica’s is a must stop. The owner and staff makes me feel like I am at an at a local at home place. The customers give me a nod of acknowledgment. Not cutting down the other two places up the road but Veronica’s I definitely go in. The place is clean and the food is good. Go there! Catch one of their buffets is great. Open early is a good thing
We were NC for a camping trip and wanted to have a bite upon getting on the road heading home. We spotted this little gem on the side of the road and we are so glad we did!I highly recommend stopping in for super friendly, attentive service, a local, family owned restaurant with authentic southern cooking that packed our bellies full of deliciousness! Reuben sandwich was good, the mayo on there was different but the Thousand Island-type sauce they put on the side did the trick. The cheeseburger meat was dreadful and tasted cheap. Hotdogs with chili/slaw were well balanced. I should have added cheese but it didn't come out in a soggy mess which is nice but nothing stood out flavor wise with the chili or coleslaw. The people and environment are wonderful but the lunch fell a little short.
