Not only were the people amazing but the wine selection was unique and the outside seating area was extremely gorgeous. The owner told us he would be closing operations in April, so if you ever have the opportunity to visit, I HIGHLY encourage it!”

“Best Brisket ever! After a week of staying in the area on our last day we were able to get in. Amazing food! Brisket was cooked to perfection. The chips, sweet potatoes, collards, grits and Mac n cheese were the best compliments. Husband had Turkey and Ribs and again was spot on. Do yourself a favor and eat here but go early because they do sell out.”

“The vandiver was an excellent restaurant in the town of Clayton! The food was fantastic and the service was quick! I would advise setting up a reservation if you can as there is limited seating. This makes for a much more intimate dining session! The flavors were excellent and the cuts were cooked to perfection! If we ever visit north Georgia again we will be sure to stop by!”

“We went here for my sister's birthday and they did NOT disappoint! Wow! The chicken tenders were very well-seasoned and SUPER tasty! My wife's steak sandwich was phenomenal. One of my favorite parts was all of the homemade sauces. That is a benchmark of a good restaurant, in my opinion. They nailed every sauce I tasted! Our server, Hannah, was great, too! “Amazing. Brought a group here for a birthday dinner. The music was nice, the service was friendly (and in Spanish/English), the vegetarian burrito was MASSIVE and delicious. It is also a bit of a store front and they didn't offer anything as a desert sadly, but would recommend and will be back!”
