I ate here on my way to a conference. I was shocked to see a Thai restaurant nearby. So I thought I'd go in and see what it was like. I wonder if it's delicious or not, not in a city like this.It's very delicious. Makes me really miss Thailand. Khun Nan cooks delicious authentic Thai food, just like you would eat in Thailand. Really nice addition of new booths, fresh roses on tables, atmosphere improved and more cozy. Wonderful service! Food is delicious! I had summer rolls, Tom Kha Gai soup,, crab Rangoon, oolong tea. The summer rolls are made with shrimp and the best peanut sauce I’ve ever had! It’s thick with peanuts on top. Everything seems to be house made. Im glad I came back. My first meal at Siam Thai Cuisine was wonderful. Elvis is a thoughtful and attentive waiter with just the right amount of attention to his tables. My husband had the Pad Thai with chicken and it was perfectly prepared. He ordered it with medium heat and added more heat at the table as needed.
