There are very few fast food places I visit. Arby's is on that shirt list. I've been eating at Arby's for close to 50 years. This location didn't allow me to order from the secret menu. Not all locations will.

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones. The only times I do is in extreme cases and this is one of them. I have never, ever received such a nasty, gross burger in a restaurant in my whole entire life as I received today. I did not see this until I got home and I unwrapped the sandwich. I have included photos to show just how nasty this roast beef sandwich was. It looks like it is weeks old-soggy and moldy. I have ordered from this establishment before with no problems. I will not be eating here anymore after the disgusting sandwich I was served.

Very slow service. We waited 25 minutes for our food. The workers were moving extremely slow until the manager showed up and started giving them some motivation to get working 😆 we hit the road in a hurry tu try to make up for lost time and the sandwiches were soggy and cold. Fries were ok. I'd say avoid this location

Austin as well as the other staff members did an absolute awesome job today. I had a particularly large order and a few too many coupons but was really impressed with how it was handled. I’m officially a returning customer now.

Always disrespectful night shift , management nasty to costumers and staff. Staff uncooperative with each other combative with customers. You can hear them bickering. The best thing is the new manager at least it's clean. He is trying amongst a lazy crew . The way they speak and treat each other is disgusting. Teamwork and customer service training could help all of this. But that is a corporate problem not a sublevel default manager.

Get a craving for roast beef sandwiches. So we go to Arby's. Usually this store was good. Key word, WAS. They refused to honor the national special of 2 for $6. Charged $31 for 6 sandwiches that should have cost $18. Absolutely ridiculous. Guess there's no reason to go back now.
