I just got home with the order I made at the Drive Thru at Arby’s in Richmond Hill, GA. The service was nice. The food ??? My order consisted of a Greek Gyro meal, two beef and cheddar sandwiches, two peach roll ups and a large jamocha shake. The total came to almost $32.00. The gyro was nowhere to be found. My husband tried to call there twice, but no one would answer the phone. Mistakes happen, but this place makes more mistakes than not. I still have the receipt and I will be taking it there tomorrow in hopes of speaking to the manager in person. They have some real winners working at drive thru restaurants in this area. Really sad.
I’m also posting to Arby’s Corporate.
If only one of you DAs would have answered the phone. Very, very poor customer service.

Seriously. When a receipt shows that someone has ordered horsey sauce for a DELIVERY and you STAPLE the bags shut, it is expected that the 7 packs of horsey sauce should be there when the driver collects the bag. But no, no sauces because it is listed as free or add-on ... This is the only reason I can assume you refuse to put sauce packets in the bags. And no straw! This is not the first time you have done this to me and my family.

Assistant manager had her husband put his hands on me cause i said she was doing a bad job. Now seeking a lawyer and definitely suing Arby’s. She got in my face and called her husband into the store. Disgusting behavior from the staff here.

Horrible. Nobody at the drive up speaker, finally went to window ordered there. Ordered the gobbler. It was disgusting who puts mustard on a turkey and stuffing sandwich which took forever to make.

I came to Arby's for a late meal and Im so happy with the service I received at 10pm. Jarnad was great. Often times people just complain about fast food. But this time, I have no complaints. My food was fresh and I received excellent customer service.

In line at drive through and it’s taking 15-20 minutes PER CAR!!!!! CANT get out of line! WILL NEVER GO TO ARBYS AGAIN!!!!!
