I had their fried shrimp for the first time last evening, and they did not disappoint. I am very picky about fried shrimp and was a bit leary of trying them. I actually ordered them to go and waited their for them to be ready so they would be as freshly cooked as possible. I live about 10 mins from the restaurant and was concerned about them remaining hot. They were perfect!! The size of the shrimp was as I had hoped and the batter was perfectly seasoned. I will most definitely be ordering them again when I am having a, shrimp craving and unable to fry them myself. My son had the 4 piece chicken tenders with fried okra which was also very tasty. We both enjoyed their Banana Pudding for dessert. I give both the food and friendly service, 5 stars!

My husband and I ordered takeout during a one-night stop on our way home, and everything was fantastic! We went for a bit of a sampler, and the fried green tomatoes were outstandingâperfectly paired with the pimento cheese and bacon. Absolutely delicious! The hush puppies were excellent, too, and my husbandâs favorite was the buffalo fried chicken sandwich, which I loved as well.
We also tried the crab cake, and it was impressively large with great flavor. The aioli that came with it was a standout! The fried chicken was also very good. We sampled so many delicious dishes and are grateful to have enjoyed such a wonderful takeout experience.
Came through town and could not find something to eat via Door Dash. Found this place and had the flounder sandwich, was perfect! Huge sandwich and the batter did not overtake the fish at all. It wasn't salty, didn't fall apart, truly a great sandwich. .

My husband and I stumbled across this restaurant when we were on our 6.5 hr drive home from Port Canaveral, and we were very pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed it! The restaurant is nice and clean, the staff are friendly, and the food was delicious. We had the hush puppies, chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, sweet tea-brined chicken sandwich, and mac n cheese - none of which disappointed! We will gladly stop through here again if we ever get the chance!

Burger was tasty and cooked medium as ordered. Juicy enough that I didnât need any condiments on it. Could have used a little more seasoning on the patty but otherwise tasty with a soft bun and fresh vegetables on top.
The sweet-tea grilled chicken sandwich was tasty, but would have been better if the generous amount of bacon on the sandwich had been crispy rather than chewy.
The house pickles on the burgerâcalled âsalt picklesââhad a powerful clove and allspice flavor that was very noticeable without any dill or sweetness to offset it. A little weird.
Ordered fried okra. It was crispy, but unfortunately had several pieces that were hard and stalky and inedible that I had to spit out. Too bad since it was fried well.
Good local/ regional beer selection.
The music was an all-Georgia music channel, which was eclectic and fun: Indigo Girls and Little Richard back to back, for example.
