I had one of the worst experiences at this location. The staff were rude, didn’t make eye contact, and gave off zero sense of welcome. My mobile order wasn’t even on the screen when I got there. The restaurant was nearly empty just two cars ahead in the drive-thru yet it still took over 16 minutes for my order after I had already driven 15 minutes to pick it up. Completely unacceptable. It honestly feels like the interview process here is just, “Do you have a pulse? You’re hired.” Poor service all around. Also asked for off the broiler I get home less than 4 mins away and burgers were warm not even hot I kid you not just absolutely mind boggling.

All I can say is we could have easily sit down and eat somewhere by the time we made it through the drive through. And they were not busy at all. Maybe two cars in front of me and 3 in the parking lot. Food wasnt terrible but looked like a preschooler put it together. Not at all impressed.

10:30pm Friday. I've been driving all day, and wanted something to eat. I tried Wendy's. They were out of potatoes, chili, and when asked for a burger with bacon and no bun, I got a burger with no bacon and a bun. I even said I am allergic! But boy the king delivered tonight. They included condiments and utensils, and napkins! Love that these folks took it seriously. I'll be back again for sure.

Ordered ahead of time on the app for drive thru. When I arrive staff claims they never got my order and instruct me to come inside to take care of me MIND YOU IT IS POURING RAIN THUNDERSTORM. After taking an all natural shower I was soaking wet, I then discover I have to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to make my food from scratch I guess. Terrible never again

I have went to this location last night after work to pick up something fast for my daughter to eat on the way home. I notice two people working at a clip. They were professional and provided excellent costumer service. The food was delicious! I went back this morning because my daughter had lessons and I did not realize they don't offer jr.meals at breakfast time! I was crunched for time but the lady taking my order helped me decide on what would be best. I ordered the french toast sticks with tater tots and a milk and my daughter LOVED IT! I will be coming to this location more often as I pass through Richmond Hill, Ga. :)
