I now know I’m my own problem. I continue to return to this slow food restaurant. I now know they are slow on purpose. I ordered my pick up food 40 mins in advance. A Bourbon burger and whopper jr. and it still took 30 mins. Smh. Maybe they aren’t staffed but this is every time I go.

The staff here were very very friendly. They actually seemed like they liked their job and worked hard. We tried the new people's choice burgers and found the corn one super unique and good. Parking is easy. Bathrooms were clean. Food was good. What more can you want.

What is going on with this Burger King ??? I used to work at a Burger King as a teen and I know they are quick and very particular, not this one ! No car in line , nobody in the parking lot and when I get to the order station lady says one moment 😂😂 So I wait , I had to roll my window up because it was raining and then roll back down and she says ok you can order , I tell her I would like a junior meal and she interrupts me and says rudely I can’t hear you ! I have been to this BK only a couple of times because they just don’t seem to have it together! Who owns this and do they not care about profits ? There is no way they can make a profit by the way they conduct the business and who they hire !

We visited 11/3/24, Sunday evening, around 7:20 pm. This BK was outstanding! I appreciated so much the friendliness of the employees, the order accuracy, speed, and hot & fresh food.
I had the original chicken sandwich and cheesy tots. My granddaughter had the mozzarella fries and cheesy tots.
Everything was hot and delicious. Thank you! I will remember this BK on our next trip.

Soda machine had no ice,it took over 30 minutes to get food. Rude employee was arguing with people.My burgers were not made right and cold, the chicken nuggets were so hard and old you couldn’t eat them. This is the worst experience I ever had at a Burger King. The only thing edible was the fries, we threw the rest away.

The slowest drive thru in Richmond Hill. Even with only one car in thru its a 20-30 min wait. Then the food is cold SMH. It's ridiculous. Better off going next door

I usually don’t stop at Burger King because of how long they take. I was in a hurry today and I saw literally one car and the drive-through so I was assuming there is no way that they can take a long time. I was incorrect. I ordered two of their five dollar meals, which is two whopper juniors two small fries two drinks, two chicken nuggets along with a whopper meal. After giving my drinks and taking my payment, I was told they are waiting on fresh fries and to pull up there is nobody in the drive-through but I pulled up anyway so I sat for 5 to 7 minutes. A car came through the drive-through and left waited a few more minutes and walked in to be told that they are now waiting on chicken nuggets so I waited. There’s no reason if you are not busy to have customers wait on basic things like french fries or chicken nuggets. With that being said, it makes me never want to say a bad thing about McDonald’s again

I got a chicken sandwich meal very reasonable around 11am it was very hot fries and fresh sandwich & they’re service was very respectful a young and pretty Latina girl has great attitude and personality 😉

If there was zero stars I would rate this place zero. No wonder you are having to close your restaurants. If you had better service then you would have more customers. The restaurant is dirty and trash flowing out of can and it took almost 30 minutes to get food for dine in. Fix the stupid door that is slamming every time they walk out the door. These people act like they are inconvenienced working here. This is a disgrace. You need to train your employees what customer service is and how to properly act. Disgraceful
