The hotdogs were great. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were friendly. The only downside is that sesting is very, very limited. If you plan to have more than 2 people in your party and want to dine in, this may not be the place for you.

This place is a gem. I can't get there during the week but it's one of my favorite places to go on a Saturday afternoon. Food is always 100% on point and has been for years!
The buns are the best hotdog buns, ever. The dogs are the perfect size and flavorful.The hotdog that resembles a Chicago dog was the best hotdog I have ever eaten.

We went to Charlie Grainger’s today and got hotdogs. We have bragged on this place for several years - told everyone how nice the people are and how good the food is, however, today was a disappointment. The food was good, however, the customer service was not up to par. There were only kids working- no adults, parents/owners there. The workers were polite, but no warmth and no customer service to speak of. They didn’t go out of their way to help us at all. Owners/parents, I hope you will do some training on customer service so you will again “stand out” for exceptional friendliness and customer service.

We are from Kansas City. Barbeque is king. Arthur Bryants knows how to make baked beans loaded with brisket. Our standards are high. Canned Van de Kamps are just not what we expected. Smoked meats should be smoked with deeper flavor. Sorry, but no thanks.
