I’m a chipotle lover as most and have been to many around the country. This is definitely one of the worst ones so far. They gave out very small portions and were a bit rude to me and my husband. Our chips were mostly crumbs and were all broken and our side of pico was old and brown. Overall just not a good experience and won’t be going to this location again.

Ordered pickup, double meat with light rice. I got double rice with light meat. It seems like they are trying to pad profits with not giving the actual double meats but adding extra fillers. Go to the Pooler chipotle, they give you exactly what you order, not the case here with the RH chipotle.

My family and I were traveling from FL to SC and we all love chipotle. This is the worse experience I’ve had. I sympathized with the poorly motivated staff and thought… they need some good leadership and probably aren’t getting it. No steak, drink machines are broke, very slow service and careless work attitudes. We stopped in at 3pm thankfully so there wasn’t much demand. I can’t imagine enduring that on lunch hour. Go study what Chik-Fil-A is doing and incorporate that into your hiring and training.

I’ve been to many chipotles and as soon as I came here I knew it was the best one🔥. Food is delicious and the workers are friendly!! Instead of going to Savannah I go here to Richmond hill for my chipotle.

Come to this location if you want to waste your money, have mediocre food and leave hungry. Terrible experience and waste of money. The little boy working the line cheaped out on the toppings so badly. I got a sprinkle of cheese and about a tablespoon of guacamole. He gave me half a scoop of chicken (I wish I was being dramatic) and when I asked for a bit more, he said “I’m going to have to charge you extra”. Like buddy I wouldn’t be asking for more if you gave me a proper serving in the first place. Maybe he needs to be retrained to know the Chipotle standards. Not only was the boy on the front line not friendly and stingy with the toppings, but he was slow. There were 4 people in front of my family and it took him 8 minutes. I am a loyal Chipotle customer and have not had this bad of service. This location has stale chips, they charge for a cup of water and the portion sizes are a joke. Save yourself the inconvenience and go to a different location.

This is the worst Chipotle location I've been to. I've come every week for the past year and every time I go they're out of something, which is odd because I could count on one hand the amount of times other Chipotle locations in the area have been out of things. The staff typically skimps on the things they do have and very rarely speak to me. I've been underwhelmed by the food, service, and non-availability of ingredients every time I've stepped in the door. I would rather drive 30 mins to Hinesville or Pooler than eat here

I was so excited when this location opened up because it’s the only one close by, but I would rather drive across town than go here again. The black lady manager is absolutely horrible—overall hostile, rude, and argumentative. I’ve been here a handful of times now (never again) and she’s always there and it’s the same every single time. On top of that, I can confirm what most other reviews are saying—The taste is off, and the portion sizes are tiny.
I will say that the other employees have been very kind but it does seem like they’re a little bit intimidated by the manager.
