Slow service and no twist cones at that time.
Not sure if that burger had old patties on it or what but it was not good...threw the rest in the trash....This is not going to Digest good I already know..smh....
Was there a week ago, Richmond hill resident that won’t be back, gave cash to pay. Never received my change. Received my three blizzards half melted already and no spoons. Staff members were very rude. Don’t recommend at all.

I had the most amazing experience at this Dairy Queen. The two young men serving my mom and I, Eli and Amir were courteous, engaging, and very excited to provide quick and helpful service. I asked for extra sprinkles on my soft serve and was absolutely provided for in this manner, with a side dish of sprinkles, so I could re-dip my cone while eating. A genius move, and something I’ve never had the opportunity to try before. These two young men checked in on us over the course of our meal and ensured the highest quality of atmosphere throughout the meal.
Stopped in while traveling from VA to Florida. This location doesn’t hold to any of their promises as posted within their establishment. Employees were rude, unfriendly, rushing to get off work, my mini blizzard sat on the counter for about 5 minutes (to the point of melting), that’s why it wasn’t turned upside down, I wasn’t given a coupon nor given the remake for free. No refund! No one apologized or said thank you. The whole restaurant was nasty including the restroom. It’s obviously there’s no responsible manager on duty.
Usually this is a pretty good place but they have a new ish employee there that is just absolutely rude a shorter heavy set dark haired older female employee who is just absolutely rude to everyone every time I come there she is disgustingly rude and I will be reporting it to corporate
I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this location. Blizzards are often handed out messy, with ice cream dripping down the sides, making a mess in my car. The cups should be clean when given to customers, and lids should be secured properly. It would also help if napkins were provided automatically. Additionally, fries are frequently old, and the toast is hard and stale. I’d love to see more consistency in food quality and attention to detail to improve the customer experience.

I come here a few times a month. The place has always been clean, very pleasant staff. Id say this is the best DQ I've been to in the area.
If you're in a hurry, don't come here. This girl can't get her job right. Dropping orders and making us wait for more than 5 minutes. Maybe you can take chances by doing drive-thru.

Very nice workers
No big complaint but, why when ordering a meal do they hand your ice cream that comes with the meal to you to melt while you wait for your food?? Seriously, who eats a Sunday right before a meal?
