Nice people but they were slammed. Lost our order and had to remake it. By the time we got our order the place was just about empty. Was very tempted to ask for a refund and leave. Finally, the Moolatte machine was broken- again!
I always get the peanut buster parfait, twice they were full of salt and unedible! I figured out from the peanut shell husks that anytime they get to the bottom of the bag they are filling the treat with an undesirable amount of salt, unintentionally of course but I will mention it to them the next time and check it before I leave. It happened to me twice and I'm sure it happened to other people. Aside from that everything else was 100%
I had the most amazing experience at this Dairy Queen. The two young men serving my mom and I, Eli and Amir were courteous, engaging, and very excited to provide quick and helpful service. I asked for extra sprinkles on my soft serve and was absolutely provided for in this manner, with a side dish of sprinkles, so I could re-dip my cone while eating.
