Domino's Pizza

Order 2 Cesar salads with 2 Cesar dressings online. Tracker said be ready at 8:03 but didn't bring out till 8:07. Person had salads sideways in bag not flat then ask if I wanted to leave a tip (never been asked that before). Told her I left tip when ordering. She then walked away without a thank you or acknowledging me. Got home and had ranch dressing not Cesar as I requested. Crappy customer service and rude ass employee. Need a lesson on how to treat customers with respect. Will order from competitors in the future.

I don't usually do reviews but things were so exemplary that It had to be said. We got everything we ordered and the toppings covered every slice evenly, it was delivered to the hotel we were staying at and they were thoughtful enough to bring plates and napkins even though we didn't think to ask. Also, everything was baked and delivered in under 30 minutes. 10/10 I would order from this location again

2nd time in a row I’ve order with low app wait time and show up several minutes after minutes after wait time only to be told almost an hour wait minimum still…. I canceled this time…

This location, this crew, this establishment is a well oiled machine!

I get food from the Richmond hill location all the time. Never had any problems with the service or food. Always great.

I normally have no issues, but today I waited over 15 min in my vehicle for my food to come. Never came so I went in and got it. They claimed they didn’t realize anyone was waiting.

4 of my 8 chicken wings were broken and in slivered pieces. Could of chipped a tooth.. no marinara sauce with the cheesy bread. The app wouldn't show my motel , so I called and asked for the deals like the app shows.. I got $10 off of the pizza. Usually when you have multiple orders the cheesy bread and the cinnamon bread they are $5
Not the case. We waited one hour which was fine..

I placed an order tonight and the tracker said 49-59 minutes and it took an hour and 20 minutes to get our pizzas. This isn't the first time this has happened either. So either the system needs to get changed or the management needs to work on making sure orders get out because that's ridiculous. I get long wait times but almost an hour and a half for a fast food restaurant is crazy.

Somebody else complained about their pizza not being cut straight. But who orders square cut on a round pizza expecting perfect squares. Cmon guy.

Anyways. Solid solid solid Dominos location. Consistently good pizza and friendly service. Best dominos location I’ve been to. Best pizza in RH. Including that expensive joint down the road.

I like the Pizza and food they serve everything is good.

My mom came in to order a large pizza she waited an hour & still didn’t get her pizza
my mom asked when will my pizza be ready and the work staff answer was ( we don’t know when your pizza will be ready unprofessional & not friendly staff

I'm sure my pizzas taste fine but I'm sick and tired of paying full price for cheap pizza and the lazy workers don't even care enough to cut the slices straight. Check the photos, it's absurd. How much time does that take and how much is the minimum amount of pride you have to take in your job to do this right? I picked up my pizza 2/11/25 from the Richmond Hill hwy 17 store at 630pm.

I got an undercooked pizza (the cheese was pretty much still white and the dough was raw in some places.).
This is the 2nd time this has happened, I would not recommend ordering from this place anymore.

I feel like if I order 16 piece Parmesan twist and I spend more than 30,40 bucks I should get at least one marinara sauce and manager is terrible and does not know how to to treat customers with love

This place is run by children, as a driver there I actually suffered food poisoning from washing dishes there because the sanitizer doesn't work apparently. I've worked at 3 Domino's and this one was the most disgusting...
