Firehouse Subs always delivers! My sub was made exactly to order, everything was fresh, delicious, and just the way I like it. The only little hiccup this time was they forgot the toasted garlic bread, but honestly the quality and flavor more than made up for it. The staff here is always friendly, attentive, and they consistently put care into every order. This location is definitely my go-to — the subs are always on point!

It was great. I was originally going to the Starbucks right next to it to get some work done. But I was hungry and in no mood for one of those little breakfast sandwiches. I saw Firehouse and was like, “I hadn’t been there in a minute”. Not only was I able to get my work done, I ate a delicious sub as well!

Seems like this location has some enough help; most of the staff are friendly and helpful; a couple of them pay more attention to their phone than customers and the store; but hey I think that is the generation we live in

I had a very good experience with excellent food and service.

I ordered online and 2 large BBQ Brisket sandwiches with extra BBQ sause, and an extra pickle, but it's not what I received, our sandwiches had little meat, no cheese, barely any BBQ sauce or mayo. I feel these are too expensive to not put at least the normal stuff in the sandwich. I would just warn before leaving the restaurant check your order, even if they seal the bag. I would had added a pic but unable to post.

Amazing service and food, the meatball sub was amazing and my food came out quick considering how many people were present. Definitely will return to this location again!

Ordered Online for a pickup order of 2 subs. I showed up at the time the order was supposed to done. After an additional 30 min of waiting in the store with little to no people inside, I finally receive my order, only to find out one sub was cold and the other one was wrong. If you want to wait half an hour for food and pay $15 a person, just go to a restaurant.

Will mess up your order every time after you have already waited 20 min for a sandwich. Decided to go again because i was hungry and messed my sandwiches up twice , i told them just give me a refund done with this place. Youll wait even when they are not busy also never any ice in the soda machine . 0 stars
