Firehouse Subs Richmond Hill Commons

It was great. I was originally going to the Starbucks right next to it to get some work done. But I was hungry and in no mood for one of those little breakfast sandwiches. I saw Firehouse and was like, “I hadn’t been there in a minute”. Not only was I able to get my work done, I ate a delicious sub as well!

Seems like this location has some enough help; most of the staff are friendly and helpful; a couple of them pay more attention to their phone than customers and the store; but hey I think that is the generation we live in

I had a very good experience with excellent food and service.

I ordered online and 2 large BBQ Brisket sandwiches with extra BBQ sause, and an extra pickle, but it's not what I received, our sandwiches had little meat, no cheese, barely any BBQ sauce or mayo. I feel these are too expensive to not put at least the normal stuff in the sandwich. I would just warn before leaving the restaurant check your order, even if they seal the bag. I would had added a pic but unable to post.

Amazing service and food, the meatball sub was amazing and my food came out quick considering how many people were present. Definitely will return to this location again!

Ordered Online for a pickup order of 2 subs. I showed up at the time the order was supposed to done. After an additional 30 min of waiting in the store with little to no people inside, I finally receive my order, only to find out one sub was cold and the other one was wrong. If you want to wait half an hour for food and pay $15 a person, just go to a restaurant.

Will mess up your order every time after you have already waited 20 min for a sandwich. Decided to go again because i was hungry and messed my sandwiches up twice , i told them just give me a refund done with this place. Youll wait even when they are not busy also never any ice in the soda machine . 0 stars

Poor and disrespectful management.

I will never eat at firehouse subs in this area again. The owner Chad Weaver, is horrendous. We went in to get some of the Veterans Day specials and he complained to us how he is losing lots of money for BS Veterans. We were appalled. His other locations are: LOCATIONS HE OWNS 4333 Ogeechee Road-Savannah 9116 Ford Avenue- Richmond hill 8108 Abercorn St APT 110 - Savannah 1935 E. Victory Dr. #200 - Savannah 481 pooler Pkwy - Pooler STAY AWAY. They also serve spoiled meats to those needing assistance during Helene in Richmond Hill resulting in everyone getting sick. Not worth supporting a terrible person with bad business practices.

Does not appreciate Veterans! Do not support this franchise in Pooler, Savannah or Richmond Hill And change your state back to GA. Quit trying to hide hahah

Normally this location is great, but ordered a pick up last night. One sandwich ordered no mustard for my girlfriend and it was like EXTRA mustard. Couldn’t even scrap it all off. I got the new sandwich and they didn’t put either sauce on it or the red pepper flakes. Way to go with the new sandwich.
